As far as replacements go, they usually as for either 3 of your favorite players, or three players that are similar to the player you have a redemption for. Like for instance Hakim Warrick can be compared to Sebastian Telfair, not a superstar, sometimes not even a key player in the game, but he's just there, but better than someone who gets 5 pts a game.
