UD Series 2 question

I dont open much of this, and dont follow it close but I was sorting through some packs this morning and found these two? Question is are these the Black versions? one or both of them?

Thanks guys, I go to a small town alot for my daughter, and the shop keeper there told me they were not blacks, because blacks are ALL black. Maybe he wanted them from me for cheap or something who knows!!! But I didnt open enough of ud in the past few years to be able to tell for sure.

Your shop keeper sounds like a great guy! I guess it is possible he didn't know they were the Black parallel, though.

Those are definitely Black!

Well I dont go there often, his prices are a bit high, and he is oddly very odd as well. Usually when I just drop my daughter off, and have nothing to do on a sunday afternoon I pop in.
