I am really looking forward to the top three fights on this card. I want to see if this fight brings back the old Brandon Vera or if that fighter is gone forever. I also want to see the Dan Hardy Mike Swick match. The battle for the runner-up trophy and a shot at GSP. And I have been a huge Denis Kang fan for a long time and anytime I get to see him fight I'm happy. Hopefully Kang can pull it out over Bisping.

I really hate these delayed shows! When they do this, I have to stay off the internet because I don't want any spoilers. With this show, that means I can't go online for the next 12 hours because the show is just starting! GRRRRRRRRR!

Apparently a couple of the Sportsnet channels are showing it live right now. I don't have them so I'm choked.

Looks like Vera was semi robbed.

UFC should scrap the 10 point must system as matches are being blown in record fashion.

They should adopt the Pride "damage/control" scoring.

I wouldn't say semi robbed, he was downright given the shaft on that one. UFC is fixed LOL. At minimum Vera CLEARLY won 2 of the 3 rounds...I have lost faith in UFC judging.

Yeah even Randy himself sounded like he knew he'd lost the fight. I was fairly impressed with Dan Hardy though, I thought for sure Swick would win that fight. Maybe he'll surprise us against GSP as well.

Gotta agree with you guys. The UFC judging is piss poor forsure. Would really also like to see the pride way of deciding a fight. Between the Judges and some of the refs calls, its making it pretty hard to watch at times.

Honestly I just finished watching the fight, as before I had only seen the highlights.

I must say that it was a close fight, but I also scored it 29-28 for Randy. Definitely not nearly as bad as the Forrest/Rampage, Bisping/Hammel, or Shogun/Machida fights.

I only scored it the way I did knowing that "octagon control", "clinch control" beats out "small but damaging flurries" in the eyes of judges (which is pretty ridiculous given certain fights). Still I felt that Randy pressed most of the action and other than a few flurries by Vera was pretty dominating (but not damaging).

Other than that, after watching I realize GSP has no competition. Hardy just didn't looked polished enough to beat him.

Randy did pull that win out, but barely. Like Byron said, his control is what got the judges to swing it his way.

GSP is going to walk through Hardy. It won't even be close. GSP via destruction in the 2nd.

I would remove the Rampage/Forrest fight from that list. The rest are all good though.
