Waylon Lowe fought for me back in April and had a sweet KO on Steve Berger.

I am sooooooooooooooooo impressed with Matt Mitrione. Not only with his foot work and combinations but his conditioning. This kids cadio is off the charts now. He needs to do more work off his back and he needs to keep his hands up but besides that he is really putting together a good MMA game.
 
getting ready for Mir/Cro Cop. I think Mir will DESTROY him. Cro Cop is deadly but I think his best days are behind him.
 
i was starting to fall asleep until the knee.

glad dollaway got the sub of the night and sherk/dunham got FOTN...though i think dunham got robbed.

serra and lytle dropped bombs on each other but not only did they go toe 2 toe exchanging, but dunham had sherk in the guillotine several times and each time sherk got out of it. i think that may be the one up on the serra/lytle in FOTN honours
