STACKED

i really want belfort to win, got bones jones and really can't decide btwn forrest and rich franklin (both really similar)

Really? Kid Yamamoto's not even on the televised card? ****ing UFC. I realize our very own timber09 abolished Kid's winning streak back in 09 but dude's still got a name. I mean, even Takanori Gomi got a main event when he debuted and his star had pretty heavily fallen.

Honestly, I'd stick the Ellenburger fight on the prelims (much as I like the guy,) bump the Cerrone fight to main card, and pop Kid on the Spike prelims.

With any luck, I'll see the Yamamoto fight on the main card hopefully :)

I was suprised/ disappointed to find out Yamamoto's fight wasn't going to be on the televised prelims. Awesome card from top to bottom, but seeing his UFC debut would make it all that much better. Hopefully they still squeeze it on the PPV if time permits.

From what I've read/heard Kid's fight is first in line to be shown time permitting on the PPV. This card is pretty well stacked, and I think the UFC made the right decision, but they couldn't really go wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if Johnson beat Yamamoto anyways. Regardless of what happens I think that it will be an exciting fight.

The only fight that could turn out to be a snoozer is the main event really, not that it will. But if Vitor is getting beat early it could turn really lame, really fast.

Looking forward to see "The Mullet" face off with "Chuck Liddell's Lackie" should be good times .

im really looking forward to the jones vs bader fight. they are my two faverite fighters in the lhw division and hoped they wouldnt fight haha... but i think jones will pull it off. bader is an amazing wrestler however i think matt hamil is a better wrestler (seeing how he was an olympian). and jones threw hamil around like nothing, so i cant see bader holding jones down for long.

predict a second round tko for jones

Yeah, tough to pick who to cheer for between Bader and Jones. Should be a good fight for the fans and I agree we will probably see Jones coming out on top. Bader is tough dude, but Jones is a beast in everything he does.

UFC just announced that they will be streaming the kid yamamoto fight on facebook

I have Silva, Griffin and Jones winning their fights. This should be a fun night of fights! After watching Silva put on the mask makes me like him even more!

Thoughts so far: Best I've seen Mendes look, just dominated Omigawa. Mighty Mouse fought smart, and Kid did what he's done recently throw sparingly and let his opponent dictate the pace, and terms of the fight. I actually have to agree with Rogan a bit. Johnson made Yamamoto look average. Kingsbury looked jacked. He was dominant, he's not an elite prospect, but he shouldn't be slept on. He could turn out to be very, very good.

First off that kick from Silva was bananas; you could see Vitor flex his chest/abs preparing to brace for the push kick, but the front face kick...what? The only other time I marked out like that was Anthony Pettis' fence kick. Just awesome.

Also that is how you present someone with a title fight. Jon Jones being presented with a title shot against Shogun was awesome. He'll be fighting on 5 weeks notice, but we know he'll be in shape. I can't wait for UFC 128 now. WAR Bones Jones.
