This past weekend UFC 131 invaded Vancouver providing us with a great night of fights.
I was following Twitter during the event, and after his win over Mike Massenzio, Kryzysztof Sosynski tweeted his after party was at Denny's Downtown.
After the event we made our way to the Denny's just behind Kryzysztof and his entourage, he was greeted by a group of 40 or so family members, friends, and fans.
He then brings out a bag of MMA swag containing hats, beanies, tees, and a pair of shorts he wore during his stint on The Ultimate Fighter: Team Mir vs. Team Nogueira.
Making us answer trivia questions on his MMA career and his time on The Ultimate Fighter to win the swag, I was given the opportunity in the end to win his TUF Shorts, having answered one prank he pulled off during the reality show, He asked me which fighter did he defeat on the show to advance to the semi-finals. It took me a couple seconds but I finally remembered it was Kyle Kingsbury.....he tossed me the shorts. I was in complete shock.
After he gave away all the goods he spent a few minutes to sign autographs and take pictures with all his fans.
Had to thank him again for the shorts, and asked if he could sign them for me, he said absolutley and I got a pic with him. I've met alot of cool MMA fighters but Kryzysztof is by far the coolest.
