Cutting down to 170 isn't going to improve his pathetic cardio. He's not good enough to face great, or even very good UFC competition right now. He should be fighting on undercards against lesser fighters to see if he belongs in the UFC at all.

it's hard to juggle being sexy and being a fighter at the same time you know. it's a lot harder than we think.
