Saw that there was no topic on this... and I just had to post.

Did anybody watch this card? If not, do everything in your power to watch the post-fight clips, or something of that nature.

This card was one of the best I can remember. To be honest, I was reeling a little bit on UFC, as I've felt they've been diluting the cards too heavy to pump out more and more events and showcases. While that still might be the case, this card had everything; toe-to-toe bloodbaths, big flying knee KOs, submissions, you name it.

Anybody else watch this?!

Great card! For all the hype that Mcgregor gets he sure does deliver. The McDonald/Lalwer fight was one of the better fights of the year as well.

Cant wait to see the Aldo/Mcgregor fight! Imagine if they do it in Ireland.

Was a damn good fight card overall, Connor needs to work on his TDD or Aldo will finish him, he looked like he was just trying to avoid any contact on the ground at points so it would get stood up. He is a great striker, if he can put together a solid wrestling base he could be unstoppable.

He is still only 26 so hes growing as a fighter. Mendes is a world class wrestler so its not too shocking he took McGregor down. I think the bigger thing is how fast Mendes gassed, especially when he has went 5 rounds with Aldo in the past.
