UGLIEST Auto in the history of Mankind???

Browsing through the bay and found this card, I then caught a glimpse at the auto, at which time i threw up in my mouth a little bit:

Between him and Cheechoo, im still undecided whose is uglier, with honourable mention going to Marian Hossa... dang, those things are nasty.... I bet the cavemen could have done a better job than that.


Anyone else you know that is as ugly as that?

Perry. He has an auto that looks like a scribble from my 3 yr old. I see a P in there. Or an R. Maybe a Z as well. In what way does anyone think that says Cory Perry.

Bernier also has a bad auto. I think these guys belong to the lesdycsic club for nem;) I mean take a little time to learn how to write your own name! There are more out there but these are a couple that stand out.

Take a look at John Garretts from 2004 franchises update. Thats gotta be one of the worst.

I think the Perry actually looks pretty cool to be honest.. definitely lazy, but neat at the same time. But yah Samsanov's is terrible.

Makes ya wonder how far some went in school but Maurice Richard ,Beliveau & Bill Mosienko has some very nice autos.
 
I don't know why people don't like Marian Hossa's auto... I think it's kinda cool. Very stylized eastern European. My favourite is Khabibulin's though.

autos are getting worse as demand on them increases. The old timers take pride in signing.

not a hockey autograph but look at Vernand Morency or Antrel Rolle in football. One signs a V the other AR on all autos

Lanny McDonald pays attention to detail when he signs his name. I have seen a few Frank Mahovolich and Phil Espositos, too, that lead me to believe you could add them to the "guys that care" list.
 
I refuse to even consider that an auto, just knowing someone at ud approved of that makes me sick.

Lol, Old JJs isnt much better or consistant;) hehe.
 
Jagr would destroy samsonov, rita, christensen, cheechoo both hossas, ward in a penmanship contest any day of the week :)

Atleast you can make out a jagr auto for the most part, but those guys listed above literally draw pictures.

As for the others..well i cant even figure out what they are trying to draw let alone sign. It's just odd because these players are paid to do this. You would think someone at UD would say hmmm sorry rita but thats unacceptable. It's not like the guy is hounded by auto hounds all day.

You got that right;) Last year I saw an auto from a football player (i think) that was just a check mark :0 no kidding, a CHECK MARK!!! I think I would just about $hit a brick if I pulled something like that. Anyone know who that was?? THAT ws the WORST auto I have ever seen, by far!!!!

PS. I wasnt tryin' to make fun of Jags by any stretch:) at least he has some talent and probably does get hounded all day;)

Ah the check marker is none other then vernon morency. Just imagine you buy a gamer for $600 you see vernon walking to his car you get excited and have him sign your gamer and he throws that check mark on it, I would have him buy me another gamer of another player and give him the one he ruined :)

Makes me happy that I collect Jarome Iginla. He has an amazing signature (one of those sigs that works on a small sticker and really shines when he has a big area to sign with).

Would hate it if I collected someone like Cheechoo or another person with a horrible auto...
