Universal Framing and Sports Memoribilia

The autograph looks wrong too. My friend was interested in it. I told him it didn't look legit.

First, the jersey isn't in the frame. If the company issuing the COA sells frames, it's odd that it doesn't come framed.

Second, there's errors in the signature. The squiggle that Beliveau has under this auto usually goes left to right, then back to the left, and UNDER the first line, and then a loop in the middle. This one goes above. Also, the 2 in 1972 looks off. Beliveau always has a loop in bottom of the 2.

The COA come from a place not far from me here in Ontario. They do framing, and hold public/private signings. I don't think they would put that number on that "jersey" and frame it. Although the listing doesn't say it comes framed. I would say the number was bought from Universal and stitched on afterwards.
That jersey looks like it is made from beach towels, and would stay away from it, just for that.
