Upper Deck Customer Service Question

I have some Upper Deck Jersey and Autographed card that were damged when I got them out of the box. I found UD's addy and what to do, but when I send them in will they send me the same cards back or will they send me some replacements. And if they send replacements should I send a list of players I collect and will they give me decent stuff back.

usually if it is on hand they will give you the same cards. Also put a little note in with the cards explaining what happened to them.
