Upper Deck Customer Service??

Ok, this was strange. I have been waiting like 5 mos for a Legends John Brodie Auto, so I called today. They said they can do a swap for a card and name off my favorite players I collect. So I told them, who I collect would be out of Brodie's range. Ryan, Lemiuex, Crosby, and Jordan. He told me expect one in about 4 weeks. Has anyone else done this before? I will be shocked to see one of those.

I have done some swap outs with UD like that also.

I had a similar situation with Donruss...I sent in a damaged quad auto and they couldn't fix it...they offered me a list of players to choose from also. I chose Steven Jackson Playoff Contenders auto and it came in about a week.
