Upper Deck Damage help needed

I'm not to sure what to do here. I recently pulled a Crosby/Malkin duel jersey out of Artifacts and it is damaged. What should I do. Do I just send it in with a note or do I e-mail them and explain my situation. If anyone can help that is great.Also if there is a certin address I need to ship to just pm me

I believe the window for returning Artifacts cards has passed. You only have so long after a product is released to return damaged cards. I'm sure someone else can give you the exact amount of time but I think it's something like 6-8 months.

It never hurts to call UD Customer Service if you're really unsure.

it is only 8 months but call them, You also will need the pack or box that you pulled it out of.

Just a question about the pack/box serial numbers. What does UD use those for other than verifying you pulled the card from a pack? Do they know what cards are in each pack/box? I mean, i could easily buy a damaged card, then buy a pack from the store and read them the number off the back. Is there more to it than proof of purchase?

I recently returned two cards to UpperDeck (damaged Masterpieces) and it was -never- requested that I return the packs they came from, or any proof that I had pulled them at all, really (which I had).

I really don't kno Its crazy I have opened up like 20 boxes and probalay have had about 10 damaged cards most of them just parallels and stuff so I never sent them in. 1 was a patch though


For the serail number thing. I don't know why they need it but if you bought a box there is a number inside the box not Skew on the out side . I know they asked me for mine when I sent in the patch card.

Most damage that I have seen lately has been coming from ICE... open the pack to find on the top on the face side right in the middle it looks like the card is peeling... only been seeing it on the base cards so not sending those in, but would be pissed if it happened to a nicer card though.
