I really don't kno Its crazy I have opened up like 20 boxes and probalay have had about 10 damaged cards most of them just parallels and stuff so I never sent them in. 1 was a patch thoughFor the serail number thing. I don't know why they need it but if you bought a box there is a number inside the box not Skew on the out side . I know they asked me for mine when I sent in the patch card.
