Hey guys.... don't often do this but figured I'd make an exception just because I've got nothing to do before I meet up with a friend and make my way down to the Flames game tonight. Canucks fans get ready for a beating tonight! 
First up a few cards I picked up at the show last weekend... a couple of Notable Numbers - I'm not doing the full set, but I'm picking up several of these cards simply because I love the design and the fact that it is an autographed set with some of the 'stars' each team has that don't often get recognized. Here they are:
Jari Kurri #02/17, Rob Niedermayer #14/44
Next are 2 cards I picked up as upgrades for my player collection of Chuck Kobasew. For those of you who don't know I collect him, I'm only missing 5 of his 194 cards, and only one of his 1/1s. The patch on the right is the 3rd copy of this card that I've got and not much of an upgrade since they're all 3 colors, but Kobasew hardly has many high end cards so I'm glad to pick up another.
UD Game Jersey 3 color (sweeeet.) and UD Game Jersey Patch 3 color 8/15
Up next are 2 cards for ongoing sets and player collections. The first one (the Lemieux) is from Jason (Jaywings19) and a HUGE thank you goes out to him. Without that guy I probably wouldn't ever get some of the sweetest cards in my collection. Thanks buddy.
Next is another Kobasew... this one limited to only 7 copies and I'd LOVE multiple copies of this card if anybody has one. Ryan Ferris hooked me up with #2/7 of this card from the expo and a huge thanks also goes out to him.
00/01 SPA SOTT Lemieux SP /49 and 06 UD Notable Numbers Kobasew /7
Last but certainly not least is a pretty desirable card by probably more than a few people - most of whom have nooooo idea that I've got it - that came in the mail from UD a week or so ago. Havn't had time to scan it until now but it's a 1/1 from Artifacts. Absolute first shot goes to Jason followed by Mike because I know they will stay in their respective collections, and if neither of them take it then off to ebay she goes...
