Victory Box Break and a card shop pick-up

Well went to the local shop and picked up a box of Victory. I like to a lot of TTM and IP auto seeking and these are easy ones to pick-up.. While I was there the owner has boxes of cards he lets me go through and grab what I want and pretty much let me have them usually 2-5.00 for a large stack. I saw a few that I had no idea of what they are or there worth.. Figure I would scan them and hope someone here may have input. I think they were for an album. Back is in French so I assumed it was OPC but not sure
