I would be really happy if this is true, but I'm guessing that judging by the ratios, this person is completely making it up. That ratio would mean there would be a gold rookie in every box, is that possible/realistic for them to do? Wouldn't it be 1:48 because it's either a rookie or regular?

Any thoughts?

Nope, that same stuff is on all the sell sheets and Upper Deck's website.

btw, I hope they bring back numbering the Victory parallels. Even if they do /250 and /25 or something, I just think that the numbering adds a different element.

I really wish they'd start numbering both again. Maybe it's just me.
