Short answer: Crazy.
Long answer: Just a guess but there might not be many 9.5s floating around with all 9.5 sub grades. The rest on ebay all have a 9 sub grade.

That definitely seems a bit steep. You see a couple of them selling for $100 CAD plus, but of course that is not sold prices. I see a bunch of ungraded one's for sale - some are even less than $10. That one had 9.5's on all subs which could add to the price. I'd put that card somewhere in the $80 to $100 range at that grade.
