I think the prices are reasonable if they are in nrmt condition. It is extremely hard to find even one intact panel of the 4x1's in exmt or better. Having the whole set is going to have a big premium on it.

Your WHA sets sound fantastic. 74-75 is the first year of WHA series set from OPC (The 72-73 OPC High Series had about 6 cards from each WHA team represented). Beckett lists the set at $200 USD. The 77-78 is the final year of WHA cards produced from OPC. This set lists at $70 USD, but it is very hard to find cards that are well centered either top to bottom or side to side.
