Be on the lookout for a card that was stolen/lost by Canada Post.

It is pretty low numbered, so if it shows up again on eBay, or at a show, it'll stand out.

I won this ITG Ultimate 10 card recently (I love vintage players along with collecting Gaborik) and was really looking forward to getting it. Now I'm pretty bummed. :foottap:

Here is the damaged mailer I received in a plastic bag from the USPS. They said it arrived at the Minneapolis Post Office from Canada in this shape and had no contents:

The Post Office delivered the empty bubble envelope to me anyway.

Thanks for your attention.

Let me know if it shows up at any Hamilton area card shows ...I will be monitoring eBay. Thanks! :)

Did you try contacting the post yet? Might be in their unable to deliver items if multiple packages got ripped open in a machine.

yikes that sucks, I had that happen to me before (lost 1 of the 3 cards in the package and it was older UM cards in the transaction)

hope it turns up

It came into the U.S. with no content. So it is in Canada and I don't know of any way to contact Canada Post to ask if they found this in the Hamilton mail. ????

Anyone know??

yea I am a logistics nerd, for me, I know from tracking mail from T dot area crosses US to Buf from Mississauga center

if you have any tracking for items in the same general area, you can look and see, how it is, so you have info to talk about

the number to the general agents is
General Inquiries for Residential and Business

(Outside of Canada 416-979-8822)

hope that helps!

All those postage rate hikes really pay off!
Sorry about the lost loot, Curt. It sucks when good people get gipped by worthless government deadwood (redundant I know)

It happend to me a few years ago, I had 4 damage The Cup cards going to Upper deck, and they never receive them. That is from 2008, and still didn't ear anything.

Seller is a Hobby Insider member. He was very nice...refunded me...hope this card surfaces and we can nail the thief.

Detective ALERT!!!!

Well...well...well.

Guess what shows up almost 2 years later???

My "LOST" or "Stolen" card has surfaced. Check my initial post here on HI, and then check out this eBay auction.

It is the same card (serial numbers match). :foottap:

And after what happened to the bubble envelope, it's no wonder the card slab is smashed.

I am going to contact this Pensecola, Florida seller to see about it.

I knew it would surface someday!
