Wax breaks: Original 6-Detroit box and UM2 pack

Hello folks!

Recently had an itch to scratch, and picked up a box of O6-Detroit and a pack of 01/02 BAP Ultimate 2nd Edition. Not the greatest results, but here's what I ended up with...


03/04 Parkhurst Original 6-Detroit Shanahan jsy /100

01/02 BAP Ultimate 2nd Edition Fedorov jsy/stick /50

Classic examples of the craps shoot when busting some of the older/higher-end BAP/ITG wax...but I'm keeping my fingers crossed on my upcoming gamble...a sealed box of UM2! :crazy:

This will actually be my 1st-ever sealed box of UM2, so I'm pretty excited myself! Let's just hope that I don't hit an expired Made to Order or something, lol! :laugh:

Btw...the Shanahan is a double if anyone is interested in a trade or something.

Hey Doug-The same guy that I bought this single UM2 pack from said that he had a sealed box available, so I couldn't turn it down! B-) C'mon Retro Teammates or Production Line goodies! Any 1/1's would be cool too, of course...but I'm not setting my sights too high, lol!

And by the way, I think there are two MTOs left from that product. They were graded by Beckett and the online population report states only 8 were made so far: 3 different Gretzkys, 3 different Lemieuxs, a Pavel Bure, and my Gaborik.

That Feds is a nice looking card. I wish ITG Ultimate still came in those pouches. A bit weird, but I buy or trade for just the pouches whenever I can find them.
