Week 10 kicks off with the surprising Indianapolis Colts (5-3) taking on the 4th best team in the SEC...errr...I mean the Jacksonville Jaguars (1-7). Jacksonville won the first meeting between these two teams, and will be looking for the series sweep tonight.

With games remaining against Buffalo, Tennessee, and Kansas City the Colts should get to at least 10 wins, which is amazing, and given the overall general weakness of the AFC that very well could get them one of the Wild Card spots.

San Diego @ Tampa Bay

Quick Take: Jackson could torment former team

Why this game is intriguing: Just a few short, panic-filled weeks ago, this was shaping up to be a game between two falling and failing franchises. Chargers coach Norv Turner was reported to be a loss away from being fired, while the Bucs hadn't found a way to win. Two weeks later? Not so much. Now the Buccaneers have a chance to win three in a row, thrusting themselves into the playoff conversation. A win by the Chargers, meanwhile, would be enough to give Turner at least a few more weeks. On the field, the matchup between two offenses that fling it deep will be fascinating and head-turning to watch. But the subtext is most intriguing. San Diego general manager A.J. Smith is also under fire. And the best player he let walk away via free agency last offseason? The same one he spent 2011 tormenting -- Buccaneers receiver Vincent Jackson. If Jackson thrives on Sunday, it will intensify the spotlight on Smith. How bad will quarterback Philip Rivers be hurting if Jackson -- the one who got away -- torches the Chargers?

Christian Ponder's numbers aren't eye boggling, but midway through the third quarter and he's 19/25 for 163 yards. That's more yardage than he had against Arizona - 58, and Seattle - 63 combined.

Adrian Peterson's recovery from knee surgery is amazing! The first back to get over 1000 rushing this season. Wouldn't have predicted that before the season started.

The Seahawks head into their bye week at 6-4, after a commanding 28-7 win over the Jets. Russell Wilson was good, not great. Marshawn Lynch did what he does. Skittles is now over 1000 yards rushing this season. The defense pitched a shutout, and held the Jets to just over 200 total yards. Very impressive effort.

It's Tebow time. Sanchez is dreadful.

The Jets are in a position where they have to stick with Sanchez; as bad as he is Tebow would be worse. And if they do make the switch to Tebow once he bombs they're stuck with Tebow because they won't be able to put Sanchez back in. The other issue is that the package for Tebow at QB is just a fraction of the Jets total package that Sanchez draws from. Mike McCoy developed an offense around Tim Tebow in Denver that led to success. Tony Sporano has not had to do the same thing in New York, they are not prepared to put Tebow at QB.

The other issue is there are only two QB's worth drafting at or near the top of the draft, Geno Smith and Matt Barkley. And both of them have huge question marks.

I think they should definitely try to upgrade the skill positions on offense (RB, WR) because they do not have quality talent at those positions. And most of all they should fire Rex Ryan. He's a like Sanchez in a way, somewhat overrated and better suited to be a backup (or in his case a defensive coordinator).

The Jets don't HAVE to stick with him. Unless they win 7 straight and make the playoffs, Rex Ryan will get fired. Sanchez is NOT an elite QB... heck, I don't even think he's the best QB on that roster. Say whatever you like about #15... the kid's a winner and wins games.

Of course, every Sunday the Jets lose is a good Sunday, regardless of how my team does.

Many in the Jets locker room disagree, and do not believe he is the best QB on the team.

This just reinforces what a train wreck the Jets are right now.

I love the drama that we call the NY JETS. Teblow is not a QB, sure he lines up back there every so often, he is a RB/fullback. As a Pats fan i was kinda nervous on what they could do with him. but after seeing the way he is used i love it. Talk about a total mismanagement.

The players on the team have had it with the Teblow questions every time they are interviewed. Tebow is nothing more than a distraction. the team is a joke and they have all had it. I hope they dont ever fire Ryan and they keep Teblow. i love watching the hapless Jets flounder around. With each loss this circus will be more and more fun to watch. To bad Holmes is on the shelf as im sure he would be ripping everyone in the stadium.
