The two biggest I can think of right now are--
1) Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles - I wasn't a big fan of the show, but I know there is only one certified Glau auto out there, and I'd definitely go for a Lena Headey 'graph! I know with the upcoming season some are looking for a Shirley Manson one, too.
2) The Dark Knight - It had a sticker release, but I don't count that as a real set. Throw in a Bale auto, a Ledger cut auto--it would have been a huge set.
I'm probably the only person in the world who would want this, but I loved Newsradio. One of my favorite shows of all time. I'd like to see a set for that. And though not now, but a few years ago I would have liked to have seen followup releases to Inkwork's Roswell series.
As far as inserts, while we get them some here and there, I'm a fan of die-cut cards as well as the cel cards. If you want to get crazy, maybe in comic cards some pieces of the original storyboard art. I know that would be sacrilege to some, and whole sheets or covers are highly collectible. But people said the same thing about cutting up jerseys years ago in sports.
