I know the title is vague, but I didn't know how to put this. I'm trying to estimate what each set's RC value is - on average - on a yearly basis.
For example, let's assume the Young Gun is worth "X", for the sake of ease, let's say $50. Then what is the approximate value of every other set?
Would SP Authentic be 2 or 3x X? ($100 or $150) More?
How about the Cup, estimating for both /249 and /99?
Let's start with these, but if anyone wants to jump in with other established sets, that's cool too. Obviously it's harder to estimate new sets, although I think certain sets would fall into somewhat obvious buckets. I'm working under the assumption that the most collected sets are Series 1 and 2 (standard), SP Authentic (premium) and Cup (high end).
SP Authentic, despite being from a relatively cheap pack and being serial numbered to 999, does appear to outperform a lot of the higher end product.
