Could be the second guy is using the first guys picture, because he can't take one of his own card. The second guy hasn't put a serial number in his auction like the first guy. Lazy.

The guy that has it for $4800 most likely doesn't have the card, and has stolen the image from the original auction. The card is the same in every way.

I would find it amazing that someone with a $5000 card does not have access to a $50 scanner or camera!!

I know the first seller and have dealt with him many times without problem so I would guess his scan was "borrowed".
