I filed a paypal complaint against Mark Zachurek (sp?), flames2winin04, about 2 weeks ago after numerous attempts to get a hold of him. My emails to him were even being reverted back to me so his email was disconnected or something.

Anyways, paypal has been investigating this issue and today they resolved it. They gave me back the $30 US I had paid for the card. However, here lies the problem... amazingly, I received the card today.

It was sent xpresspost so the guy obviously knew he was going to get in crap or something if he doesn't send it to me fast.

So what exactly do I do here? His email isn't even working. Never had this before.

Any help?

Agreed. Just make sure you send the package (money/card) with tracking to confirm he received it.

I'll just use paypal again and re-send him the money.

Another thing I don't understand,

When he sent the card via xpresspost, why did he not notify paypal OR me of the tracking info? For the longest time it said "waiting for response from seller". Know what I mean?

I suggest the money order route, but you do have to send him back either card or cash. It's the only honest thing to do.

Notifying PayPal with an ExpressPost tracking number doesn't do SQUAT. PayPal will only recognize a tracking number that they can use to find a package via USPS. Or at least that's the way it was when I got screwed out of a $140 card a few years ago.

Ok, Im going to go the MO route.

I always fully intended to pay him back... like Steve said, its the only honest thing to do.
