What to do with this redemption?

Yesterday, I bought a pack of Artifacts 09-10, and pulled a rookie redemption of the Penguins. The problem is, as soon as i tried to scratch the code off, the sticker ripped and I can only see like 3 numbers. Anyone know what to do???

Call UD customer service, they should give you some directions. Maybe mail it in for replacemnt?

Same thing happened to me with my redemption from BAP sig. I Emailed UD and they sent me an email asking for the pics of the redemption. I sent them the pics and have not heard back yet.

It happened to me once. In my case, i looked under the sticker and i could see the rest of the code, but backwards. I tried to enter the code as i saw it and after 2-3 tries, it worked. I don't know if it's the same problem but mine was like this.
