What's the deal with this card (link inside)?

Hey everyone, I came across a card that doesn't seem right:

It looks like a regular card, just with serial numbering. It doesn't look like a Final Score parallel (wrong placement for serial #i'ng and not the # of 'Skins wins in '02), it is just some guy with a stamp or a show card or what?

Well the guy says it from the national, I am guessing he meant card show. They do do cards like that at shows. Not sure about this one though. You could write Score or the guy. Good luck and I hope it's real.

Oh ok, I missed the National reference in the description. Usually a card #/5 is a sure-fire show card, but I didn't see any logo on the front, so maybe it's just different that the ones I'm used to seeing.
