What's the deal with this card??

Busted some SPA and pulled a Champions auto of Miki Ando. After ranting about how foolish and annoying putting these things into boxes was, I stumbled across this:

I'm assuming she was a medal winner, but this seems nuts to me...

It's the only Auto worth anything in the set..........not sure why!
That price is a little lower than what they were selling for awhile ago.....

I've had three of them......two sold for approx $150-$160 and the last one I had sold for $125'ish........
