When responding to a counter-offer on ebay

... can I add a message to go with it? I want to let the seller know why I'm declining his counter-offer on a card, but can't seem to figure out if I can, if at all. Thanx

Yes you can. There will be a "Send message to buyer" option just above where you click when you decline...

Thanx Rob. Seller has a card listed with a $7.50 BIN. It books for $1 so I offered him $1. He countered with $6 and said silly offers won't be considered.
