Where can I find boxes of 01-02 SP Game Used Hockey?

Ive been thinking the same thing... but that stuff is hard to find, I think most of it was busted.. Wish I could've busted some, as the patches and autos were gorgeous!

For every Patch / Auto box you had the pleasure of opening 4 or 5 of the WORST boxes you could imagine. In my moind you are far better off buying the piece you want - rather than spending the $125/$140 that I still see boxes at at the Gibraltar show. I opened at least 6 or 7 boxes when it was new and I never sniffed at a nic card ( Of course we all know that my luck runs in streaks to begin with).
Boxes are available - usually at shows though.

Do youe ever see Tools of the Game Auto singles over there at Gibraltar?? I have a soft spot for those cards, have you seen many of the dual Tool autos.. Man a Yzerman/Thornton is making me drool..

Thank you for the tip...I just live a little south of Toledo...so I think I will be making the drive.
 
Lionel - yes I see them at the show - but they never want to trade them only sell them.

flyerspride - maybe we can set up a group visit???

There has to be so many of the nicer cards in peoples personal collections....... you just do not see a proportionate amount of them up for auction?????

Lionel - maybe next time I go to the show I will arrange before hand to get a list or to scout for some boxes?? ( after all - you are the majic man!!!).
 
What are ya looking for in those boxes Jeff?? A Particular Card? I had no luck with that stuff at all when I cracked it, But I love some of the cards that came out of that set though. I have a bunch of the duals and patch autos...

Thanks for the offer.. I am mainly after that the Yzerman/Thornton Dual.. I really love the dual autos.. If you have the time next maybe you could just keep an eye out to see what singles are avaliable, or if any have nice pieces..

Oh..are we showing off 01/02 SPGU cards? Here's a few:D the Grand slam was tough to complete - The Auto/Patch took 2 years of searching.
