This is for all the USA people out there. Where online do you buy your boxes and cases? I know of 3 big ones--DA Card World, Blowout and Steel City. Am I missing any?

Yeah, I'm about 100% Dave & Adams. Done a few breaks on Steel City, but never any sealed product.

I go back and forth between D&A and SC -- for show purposes I always buy from SC, I have for years and get some good deals from them. With pricing the way it is anymore, I am limited in what I buy so who knows going forward.

If you can find decent out of state CDD's and build good relationships, you can do better than those three. But it definitely takes work and decent order flow to make it worth it for the CDDs. There's a number of great LCS in the NYC-area if that's of any interest.
