Where to order boxes from?

I was going to order from Dave and Adams because shipping in the US is cheap, however since my cc billing address is in Canada they wont let me ship to my US address. So I'm looking for suggestions.

Not quite the answer you are looking for, but you MAY be able to set up other approved shipping address with your VISA to help on situations like this - I have set up 5 authorized shipping addresses, and haven't had any problems. They are home, work, my parents place, a friend in SF, and a cousin in SF. (shipped to whoever is coming up to Vancouver next)

I have had stuff shipped to all of them without problems.

I figured it out. Instead of paying direct from my cc I used paypal as a payment.

Would still be interested to hear about other sites people use.
