It's been a while so I would like to see one of the original 6 teams win a cup,Well The Bruins I would really love to see win it but I know that's years away hopefully in 2.Second I wouldn't mind seeing the Hawks win it...Boy I miss the old divisions of the Adams,Smythe Etc.... just love old time hockey. I personally don't like how the standings are done with the division leaders being ahead of a team that has higher points than they do.Dream ,Dream,Dream,as they sometimes do come true. ;)

Yep - it's been 4 years (5 years if you count the no-hockey season) - so I think it is tme for the Wings to win the Cup again!!!!

The Leafs. Not that I have any particular love for them, just to pacify Leafs nation. Then they can go right back to ****ville for another couple generations.

I wouldn't object to seeing the Hawks win it. They've been quietly shafted for decades. They're just far less irritating and annoying than Leafs fans.

You have no idea how happy the rest of Canada would be to shut Toronto up for a couple of decades.

I was born in the 50's and remember the 4 Leafs Cup wins in the 60's like they were yesterday.
But I find it absolutely hilarious that, instead of doing their utmost to bring some present-day glory, the Leafs organization trots out the great old veterans to celebrate that last win 40 years ago.
Heck, most of the fans in the stands weren't even alive in '67.

All that being said, I'd want to see the Leafs win the Cup again just so I can make plans for a big celebration forty years later.

I also think Chicago is a big sentimental favourite. Allmost 50 years. But then most Chicago pro teams have that stigma (think Cubs, White Sox).

Michael.

I've already seen the Habs Wings and Rags win in my lifetime, as well as the Bruins and Hawks in the finals. I'd like to see the Leafs win it, even though it would be the worst thing to happen to the franchise. They're the Red Sox of the NHL.

I'd say the Hawks first on my list and the Leafs second for the reasons alluded to above.

Then again, has anyone thought if the Leafs DID win it that they might NOT shut up!

Just due to the massive CBC Leafs bias and Toronto thinking of itself as the "centre of the hockey universe" I hope they never win another cup. I think if they won another cup they would be even more annoying than they are now.

Having said that I think a cup would be great for the Hawks. Lord knows they need a reason for their old fans to come back to the arena. The Habs already have too many cups and the Wings have had their fair share in the past 12 years. Boston would be next on the list after the Hawks. I hate the Rangers so no cup for them!

I hate the Rangers as well but I hate all New York teams,PERIOD!!!!!!

I'd like to see the Leafs win of course but the more I think about it I don't think they deserve to.
The Wings make an effort to win every year, the same cannot be said about the Leafs, Bruins and Hawks. These teams owners had the money to produce a winner before the cap was brought in and didn;t. The Hawks don't even telivise their home games, tells a little about ownership's spending habits. I will give them credit for finally turning the corner lately. The Rangers spent and didn't win. Look out for those Habs, they never go through an individual decade without at least 1 Cup win.

Dan.

Hawks
Wings
Bruins
Leafs
Habs

...never want to see the Rangers hoist the cup again. Once in my lifetime has been too much.
