Being a Sens fan I am faced with the fact that my team did not have what it takes to make the playoffs. So here's to Ottawa actually doing some manouvering this off season and find some talent.

Now, I'm not so much cheering for who I believe will win the SCF but which team I admire the most. I have a lot of respect for most teams but really like St Louis this year. Tarasenko has been a wild man on the ice and he is also a role model off the ice. I think there is a really good chance that they could eliminate the Hawks in the first round.

So who and why are you cheering for?

Caps. I really want to see Ovie go deep into the playoffs, he deserves it. I would love to see his excitement scoring an OT goal in the Cup Finals, or if they win the whole thing. I just think it would be really fun to watch.

Other than that, both of my teams are out so I usually just sit back and try and enjoy playoff hockey.

I've given up on hockey and switched to watching soccer. The race in the Premier League this season has been infinitely more exciting than the NHL has this season.

So, although it is doubtful that I will even watch a minute of Stanley Cup playoff hockey, I would expect Washington in the East and St.Louis in the West to meet in the SCF.

Devils fan here, and since they're long gone, I'll throw my rooting interest behind the Capitals this year. I'd love to see Ovechkin win a Cup, and this might be his best chance. Out west, I'd like to see the Blues and/or Sharks have a deep playoff run for once.

Ovy does deserve it no doubt, he's carried that franchise for 10 years!!! Im also cheering for Toews/Kane and of course, my hometown boy, Getzlaf.

I'd like to see Caps win toi. Or if we are dealing with a surprise I would like to see Panthers go far.

From the west I hope Stars and Predators go far...

I had lost a great deal of interest in the east until the flyers made it interesting. Now the 3 dog race between the Bruins, red wings and flyers may also create some momentum going into the second season.... If the flyers get in, I am picking them to take out the caps and for the Rangers to come out of the east.

I think Anaheim will host the cup this year beating the Rangers in 6.

I'm a Flames, Iggy (Aves), and Red Wings fan. Looks like none will make it now, pretty disappointing that all three crapped the bed. So I doubt I'll watch playoffs, if I had to pick a team, probably cheer for the Panthers or the Stars just because Calgary gets a first round pick if they make it to the Conference Finals
