Who's up for a UFC Group Break.

Been chatting with Matt and want to see who's up for a group break...?

Been looking for something suitable for 6 participants. And we want to provide something that each participant is guarenteed a box hit at the very least... so 7 participants means 7 boxes... Open it up and then random.org for selection of all the hits. 1-7, 7-1, 1-7, 7-1,,,, untill all the hits and insrts are gone.

Here's our proposed line up.

3 boxes of 2010 Topps UFC Round 1 (12 hits)
1 box of 2012 Topps Finest (6 hits)
3 boxes of 2011 Topps Title Shot (12 hits)

plus inserts.

Price is $85 per person.

Please let me know your thoughts. I will not be posting this one in the group break section until we know there is significant interest.

Hey Scott, I might be interested in this group break. Would prefer the price to be a tad lower since UFC stuff doesn't hold "great" value, but I'm always up for a little UFC!
 
I could be persuaded to join up for this one especially with 3 boxes of round 1 included. Once you have settled on price and date please let me know.

Ok that stuff (the one with Liddell on the front?) is called Round 4 amongst the hardcore UFC collectors which was why I had to ask...my eyes nearly bugged out of my head (as I'm sure Gord's did) when I saw "Round 1."

That's why I was trying to get some clarification :)

3 boxes of UFC 2010 - Cool

Good ol Title Shot. It had like 97 cards a hobby pack, and piss poor seeding of autos...although, the 1st auto list is pretty outstanding (The SSP'd Japanese guys, lots of WEC guys, Mark Munoz and Brian Stann amongst others.) Title Shot does have some really bizarre potency though. The debut ruby base cards in this set, for example, seem to have more demand amongst collectors than others.

Anyway, whatever it is...I promised I'd be in on the first one of these, so count me in for at one spot.

For anybody else on the fence, what's the price point that would make you guys try out a UFC group break?
 
There is an outside chance of the box topper as well in title shot. $85 guys and you are going to get a huge chunk of cards. Everybody will get a box hit this way.

If we get 7, we will get a time and date everyone is available.
