A part owner in what? He has an equity interest that was given to him that is now worthless. He has none of his own money in the team - and as Jai mentioned is probably doing this on the basis of the legal advice he has received. Particularly since his contract is apparently a focal point on the bankruptcy in general - would you really want to expose yourself to questions that will most likely end up in court in some form?
