I picked up an Eichel Spectrum (unscratched) for my PC, but haven't been following this bounty business, other than to know it exists. How has the hobby been defining these cards condition-wise? I bought my Eichel unscratched, as I didn't want it altered in any way. Wouldn't a scratched off card be considered significant surface damage? I can't imagine one would grade well, or that a person would want a card that someone else defaced. Am I wrong? Just curious.
