Would love to get the community’s opinion on a “trading” dilemma

I am attempting to put a trade together with a reputable user on IG. What would be the best way to confidently complete this trade? I do not have many close connections with anyone in the hobby so the chances of us both having a mutual person to send the cards to are slim to none. Aside from crossing my fingers that the other person sends their cards too, what would be another way to safely complete this trade? Value of the trade would be about $200 on each side. Thanks!

I feel like IG is a shaky prospect, but others have had good luck there. I prefer to do things the old way, but I hope it works out for you. How is that Pens collection coming? Any new Mario's you could trade to me??
