Wow, Fleer Is My Idle!!!

Honestly, I never thought I would say this... but right now I am very happy with Fleer.
Ten minutes ago I called them and this lady answered... she couldn't have been any nicer... I told her about my 4 redemptions I had been waiting on... Banks HHP Auto, Amare Sweet Sigs, Martin E-X Auto, and Wade Season Crowns Auto. So first, she tells me that the Martin wasn't even made. She says tomorrow she will send me a Martin close to double the Bv. Then she tells me that the Amare and the Banks were never made either. So she says that tomorrow she will also send me an exclusive Ben Wallace Auto that he only signed at Fleer Headquarters, which was never released, so it makes the card like 1/5. Finally... she tells me the Wade have not come in yet... She is determining whether or not it is gold or copper... either way its #'d/86 or less. This woman could not have been nicer... Honestly guys... just call them today... if you get a lady, tell her your friends with Nicky and just be patient... I was on hold for a half-hour but it was well worth it. She is sending me the cards and a bonus tomorrow!!! I'm sooooo excited.

Well I emailed them twice in the past two weeks regarding the pathetic replacements they sent for my redemptions and haven't heard back from them in response to that email, but they responded within 2 days to an email I sent about 3 days before that, so Fleer ain't all good. I bet the Wallace they send you is the same as the one they sent me, a Fleer Authentic Ben Wallace Player Autograph Card /100 or /200.

yeah well bargey, it's a whole **** better than sending your questions or stuff to Upper Deck, so think about that, before dissing Fleer, cause Topps ****s as well...

Yeah I received one of the Ben Wallace autos #'d to 200 as well. It replaced a Kwame Brown that was /25.. Definately a better player, but better card? Not so sure.

Well in my case when they offered me replacements I specifically stated that I collect Duncan and Carter and any other players would be worthless to me. So for my two Vince Autos, one of which was /99, I got a Wallace Auto /200, a dual GU Bibby/Stojakovic (sells for $1-2 on the bay), and a pack of Fleer Tradition, so you could understand why I'd be pissed off, especially after a six month wait, and even more so when the player who's card I'm redeeming is their product spokesman. Truly Pathetic if you ask me.

BTW I've emailed Upper Deck a couple of times in the past and always got quick and helpful replies....
