Hey everyone, been a long time since posting a thread on here. I heard that Jeremy had sold the site (thanks for all the incredible years!). New site looks great, and I’m happy I can upload photos right from my phone!
Anyways, back in late October things took a dive for my family, my 2 year old was diagnosed with a large tumour and called high risk neuroblastoma cancer. He is doing well so far, large reduction in the tumour, 5 rounds of chemo, and surgery later, still 2 more rounds of chemo and radiation, and multiple other things. Nothing can hold this kid down, his favourite thing keeping him going is anything hockey. Watching hockey, playing hockey, hockey cards, pucks, mini figures, jerseys, anything.
Back in November, a great member here (Bigbaracuda) and he made some fantastic cards for Mavrik really early on, and they were just amazing. 2 of which were given to his favourite player (Riley Heidt) which he loved, and Heidt signed 2 of them for him as well! Everyone has been fantastic thus far, with some amazing memories from when we were able to get back to see the PG cougars play. Mavrik even ended up with 2 signed game used Heidt sticks! One given to him by the administration, and one from the captain himself!
So thanks a ton to Glenn for everything. I’ve got a collection of cards going for Mavrik for a PC, of Riley Heidt, and Mavrik Bourque (same first name spelling). The wantlist is pretty small for Heidt,

For Mavrik Bourque it’s a lot easier as I’m just looking for anything. Preferably trading at this point, and will hopefully post a full collection soon.
