In what year of either WWE or WCW had the most title changes? The best I can help you is to tell u that this was the time when wrestling was booming! BTW most of these three guys that had like 2-3 reigns in this one year are prolly top 15 guys of all time in their respective companY!

it has to be the time where the hardcore title changed hands where falls count anywhere. I saw a match where the title changed 7 times in a night

And yeah Dherm I know what you were talking about, I think it was a Wrestlemania, and they had a 30 minute time limit where the title could change as many times as long as whoever won had it by the end of the time it had the Mean Street Posey, Rodney, Pete, etc and the Holly Brothers, and Al Snow and Big Boss!
