Hey Guys,

I'm still looking to buy or trade for the rest of the Lindros cards on my wantlist in my sig.

The 95-96 Collector's Choice Crash the Game Silver and Gold "Bonus" Cards have been on the list forever and I would love to cross them off the list. I would be very appreciative for any lead that lands me one of them.

I sold a bunch of these to either Joe (timber09) or Derek (burebuyer) a few months back and there were a bunch of golds in there. I don't recall offhand whether or not Lindros was in the bunch, or whether they were the bonus cards, but that might be a place to get started :)

Is this the "Gold" you're looking for?

If so, send me a PM with an offer. It's in my set of these but will consider splitting up to help you land this.

Thanks,
Rod

They say Bonus. I bought Messier Gold when I saw one, just to own one of them.

The color can be "read" from the left end i.e. that one above is a silver one.

Still trying to track down the "Bonus" Cards. I will pay a finders fee for any info that leads to me landing the card.

Joel...since you put this thread up, I bought a binder full of nothing but Crash the Game cards locally in November and there are a few 95-96 bonus cards in the back. I know for sure I didn't have the gold Lindros (I've sold all the golds I had now except for Jagr) but I'll have a peek through the binder tonight and if I have a silver Lindros, I'll send it to you.

I also read my post above from a few months ago, and I'm pretty sure it was 96-97 cards I sold to Derek and/or Joe, not 95-96. Crash the Game sets have always been a pain to figure out for me since I wasn't collecting as a kid those years. :duh:

Joel,
Is that the 30 sealed card set that says "SILVER SET" and "GOLD SET" in the left front margin?
It says "copyright 1995 The Upper Deck Company" at the back!
Norm

Here is the best image I could find that shows almost all the versions of the card.

There were:

3 Silver Crash the Game cards (3 different dates)
3 Gold Crash the Game cards (3 same dates as the silver version)
1 "Silver Set" Card
1 "Gold Set" Card
1 Silver "Bonus Card"
1 Gold "Bonus Card"

If your card won then you sent it in to Upper Deck and in return recieved a complete "Silver Set" or "Gold Set" and a "Bonus Card" of the player you sent in.

For example, back in 1995 I sent in the Cam Neely winner and got back the a full "Silver Set" plus the Neely Silver "Bonus card.

I will reward anyone who can help me find any or Lindros Bonus cards.

Ive been looking for the Jagr Gold Bonus for years, never seen one. Sure those was made? I have the silver version of Jagr.

Sorry to disrupt the thread Joel, but yes, I can confirm the Jagr exists. I've owned two. I MAY still own one, but I know I sold one about 6 months ago.

After 18 years.......I FOUND ONE!!!

The Lindros Silver Bonus Showed up on COMC today and I couldn't buy it fast enough !!!

I recently picked up a nice Autographed Beckett of the famed Legion of Doom. I was looking through it and noticed that since it was from early 1996, it still had all the dates of the 3 versions of the Crash the Game cards for each player, showing which ones were winners and which were losers. The player had to score a goal on one of those dates to be a winner.

No wonder it took so long to find a Lindros. NONE of the 3 cards were winners. I had seen an image of the Lindros before so I knew it was out there.

I did a little research to see if I could find pictures of the entire set including the losers. I found pictures of almost every winner except C. Lemieux and Sundin. Surpisingly so far the Lindros is the only I found of the none winners.

The other none winners were:

Gretzky, Nicholls, Forsberg, Sanderson, and Lafontaine.

Does anyone else even have pictures any of these ones??
