Does that refer to a looking to buy thread as well? He's looking to buy from his linked wantlist not looking to sell. I always thought the rule applied to a for sale thread not a looking for thread.

Even a want to buy or trade thread should have something listed, check my page or photobucket is not permitted. There is nothing listed as to his wants. If I am wrong than Q, Jeremy or Brian can certainly correct me on it.

Scott is correct here. You'll need to actually include some lists. Just posting a link to your wantlist isn't materially different from "Check my bucket" sale threads.
