If you don't mind the cord, theoretically, I believe the wired Xbox 360 controllers are Plug and Play on Windows XP-on. If not, I believe there are easily attainable drivers online. I have a Wired Xbox 360 Controller sitting next to my MAME PC, but it's been so long since I turned it on that I can't remember whether it was PnP or not.
