Check this out...this is baseball-related, but a general followup question

That's the Reggie Jackson auto that was inserted into packs of '90 UD Baseball, but the seller mentions that Reggie had some fun with the autographs and would put little notes on some of the cards as well.
Is this true? Does anybody have any examples of this?
Have any other players ever done this? I know Reggie had a degree of freedom given that he was pretty involved with UD on a high level when these cards came out, but I'd never heard of him adding little bonuses to the cards?
