Flames for sho, and any Flames you need to go?

Just wanted to show off some of my Flames stuff. Will try to get scans of the rest of the collection in here sooner or later. Also let me know what you have of Flames gear. I am trying to stay away from insignificant pieces of short term players, but who knows!

The NHL Coaches line up cards from a Nashville vs. Flames game. The significance? Eric Nystrom scored his first NHL goal during this game. The cards are signed by the coaches (Keenan, and Trotz). Hopefully I can add Eric's auto to this sheet and have it framed.

Next up is a pretty cool item(s). Big Ern? What the deuce you say.....

This is from the 04 Stanley Cup Playoffs (used in the regular season and playoffs as per Meigrey, but doesn't mention how much or what part of playoffs. However I do have photomatches vs. the Canucks round 1). The Flames would go on to the finals and lose in game 7 (after winning in game 6 :| ) The pictures are bad but there is many sweet repair jobs, definitely the most beat up jersey I have.

Yeah I will never part with that Jersey unless Kipper demands a trade to Vancouver ha ha.

First ever All Star Game, goalies only play 1 period so this is the ONLY jersey, a true 1/1 if you will. Won it in a charity ebay auction and its pretty neat they had the jerseys all auto'd also. Despite the fact he got lit up like a Christmas Tree, still a special piece.

Pretty sweet! I saw some of the lineup cards on sale though NHL auctions. Had one bookmarked and forgot all about it. Thought it would be a cool little item to add to the hockey room. Thanks for sharing..

Ha ha no worries, how is one to know. Still it went for an incredible price IMO. I was pretty pumped to get it well under $1000.

Yeah I would love to check them out, I definitely need to pick up something Iggy.

I still need to take pictures of my Kipper stick, Otto stick, and puck from the 04 Stanley Cup Finals game where Kipper registered his first and so far only SCFs shutout.

I'll try to remember to snap a few next time I'm down home, the blade is snapped off and it is short, reeeeeeally freakin' short. It would take 2 or 3 of them to match the length of my odelein stick... which seems to have a nice bit of wear on the heel hahaha

Chuck Kobasew rookie jersey. This may be his first ever jersey as I have only seen one other he wore as number 7. If I wasn't so lazy, I would research it a bit more.

As far as I know the helmet wasn't game worn. Although it has been worn. I am not sure the true origin, but it was hinted at that the actual mask was cracked (as can be seen in many Kipper photos on the lower part of the chin), and this may have been made as a replacement, just not worn in a game.
