I haven't seen an elastic around cards since I was probably ten! That was scary. Cool stuff though, I like the old Joker picture on the sealed pack.

I havent seen cards with elastics in a long time either. But the seller usually sells books, so I dont think he knew the standard ways of shipping cards. Most of the cards are ok and at a price of $10 (including shipping) for the lot I cant complain.
