My BTP Redemption with a mistake(?)

So I received my BTP redemption today from the fine folks at ITG after sending in my 200 points back in August, it actually came yesterday but the mailman didn't bother to ring the bell and left a slip for me to pick it up today, anyhow. I went and got the package but right away upon claiming the package I knew something was off.
I went about opening it thinking it was nothing really.
My card was this:

A nice card, not of a PC player but nice nonetheless.

But what is the mistake you ask?
well there was a second card in the parcel as well... this:

another nice card, but I feel as though a mistake has been made here am i right? I should've only received 1 card.

thanks for looking and they may become available (after I find out from dr. Price about the extra card)EDIT: issue dealt with, both are avail. for pc wants.

Just had the same thing happen with H&P...package felt a bit heavy...Scored pretty awesome, but Im gonna get a hold of customer service Monday

You're from Montreal? The mistake is that you got anything at all...the rules clearly indicate that the HSHS redemption program does not apply to Quebec.

Umm - no it is Cloumbus Day Holiday here in the States.
All federal and most state offices are closed.

i seen a few others who got 2 HSHS cards instead of 1...

I spoke to Brian today and he cleared up the situation for me, turns out it was a mistake with their temps packing stuff out. either way they are nice cards. and they are avail for my wants. (would like to get a btp redemption w/ a hab)

I know, I noticed that last year, though I do know of other people who have gotten redemptions in Quebec in the past, and Dr. Price has gone out of his way to help me with the redemption process, something I appreciated immensely.
