The Cup Dual Scripted Swatches patch mix ups????

Came across these 2 very nice cards in the past few nights, couldnt help but notice what appears to be obvious patch mix ups on both cards, let me know what you guys think, here they are:

Looks like the first one Messier auto is a Kings patch and the second one Neely is on an Aves nameplate

the 07-08 one is the players fault. the new ones are UD. There's no ambiguity as to which patch belongs to who.

UD confirming the patches are correct is sad, it just adds to there lies, anyone who follows there cards on a consistent basis knows that these patches are mixed, have you ever seen a messier swatch that's silver or a Gretzky that's from his ranger days, I haven't atleast, one day there lies will catch up with them!!!!

THe Gretz/Mess could be correct, the Liberty NY jersey had grey numbers right? Even though the others are backwards, I'd say thats on the players.

The pictures from players does not tell from which jersey the patches come from. Of course it looks suspicious when they have those pictures from players in the card but xirxious is right.

I will never stick up for UD, and I can't speak to the Messier, but I have owned, and currently own Gretzky Rangers patches. They are rare, but they do exist.
